Defective Merchandise:

• If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 2 business days. You must send a photo to @classyqboutiful@gmail.com of the damage/defect item along with your order invoice.
